Center for the Visual Arts The Center of Visual Arts building is where I attended studio art and art education classes. This building is adjacent to the internationally recognized Toledo Museum of Art. I was a Teacher's Assistant for the multi-media art professor Peter Patchen. I taught computer art with secondary students for the Toledo Museum of Art in this building. As an instructor, I had complete access to the permanent and visiting artist collections. This was a valuable source to me as an instructor because the viewing of original works of art enhanced my lesson plans.
